Some Layouts

This weekend I done a CC at Scrapbook Divas...... I managed to do al 3 challenges, which are all above. I am supposed to put a link in here to check them out over at Scrapbook Divas, So here it is...

LOL and none of them are on white cardstock....... I have been having so much trouble using coloured cardstock as a base! Now that i think I will be able to do it again I have hardly any left...

This LO is the one I have entered into the Everyday Garbage challenge blog...... You had to use everyday stuff that you would find in your kitchen...

Day 37

Day 36 and A LO

On friday 28th of September we will own this house!!!! There are so many things that need to be done, I just don't know where to start!! I REALLY want a new kitchen, but I think that is going to have to wait awhile, before we have enough money to do it..... I have been thinking that this weekend, we will go over to bunnings, and get the stuff to re-do the laundry and the toilet, just to start off small!

I would also like to start on the retaining wall at the back fence, and plant something there to give us a bit of privacy from the back neighbours, their place overlooks onto our whole backyard, and the back of the house!!!

Also, I want to strip the wallpaper off the kids (and our) walls..... I want to put them in seperate rooms and paint a feature wall in each, but at this stage that sounds like a LOT of work.... LOL!!

Does anyone know what the cost to hire a wallpaper steamer is????

Just got an email from scraploot, and I got a mystery prize ( I think) for a comp I have entered there, but I didn't win it, so I'm not sure what the go is there..... Ummmmmmm not much else going on, I got to work today and thats about it!!

Layouts, Kitties and New Stuff

My new stash.... Arrived today, I was a little dissapointed with the fact that 2 of the things I ordered were out of stock so they sent me cash back.... I would have much preferred them to let me know before hand and I could have chosen other stuff.... I really wanted the pink glitter, and that was one of the things they didn't send me... There was 2 there to choose from, I would have thaught they would substitute!!! The other thing was another heidi swapp stamp..... Which I also really wanted (obviously.... I wouldn't have ordered it otherwise...) Anyway its here now....

Day 2 of the 5 Fur Babies.... It is a little hard to tell what is kitten in there, but you get the jist....LOL

So I joined in on a CC at LSBS this weekend...... Not sure if i'm cut out for it coz I am totally not loving either of the LO's I done for it.... To be honest I just had No MOJO this weekend, dunno if it was because of the challenge or what, but I just don't like what I have come up with...

Not even 11am and here is my pic already!!! Not doing much today, I am hoping to get all of Jed's bedding dried, But its not looking promising!!!! The weather is terrible here today.... Its so cold!!! I hope my parcel of stuff arrives from scraploot!!! Can't wait!!! :)

We got baby kitties today.... 5 of them so far, all born on Jed's bed!!!

Our cat is an outside cat and she has been pregnant twice before, the first time she had 1 kitten, which I accidently ran over a couple of months later :(, and the next time I don't know what happened to her babies but we never saw them.... So this time we let her come inside, I made up a bed for her in the laundry, set it up nice and comfy for her with flannelette sheets and everything..... We kept the door closed and gave the kids specific instructions to keep it shut so she didn't get out!!!! To get to the toilet in our house ya have to go through the laundry, so that was a bit of a pain, but not too bad..... Until Jed left the door open!!!! So she is now perched up on his bed with 5 kittens!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR I am so UNIMPRESSED about that!!!!!!! I told him he will be sleeping in her bed in the laundry tonight since he let her out and she is on his bed!!!! Oh its a MESS......

But Oh Well, They are pretty cute!! :)
