I get that every day too. This morning while Ash was eating breakfast, I was putting together a slow cook meal for tea and she wanted to know why I'm doing that as it's 24 hours away, I tried to explain that it would be 8 hours and she told me that I was wrong, it's 24 hours of day time and 24 hours of night time. So there went half an hour explaining a day only has 24 hours in total.
