Weekend Away @ Bermi

We went away to Bermi for the weekend,

because Mark had a long weekend at work..

The weather was good,

a bit cold and windy on the friday but otherwise it was good!!

Got to test drive my new camera which was even better :D

New Camera

I got a new camera!! Woo hoo....... :D

I have been looking at them for so long,

and wanting one for so long...

and now I have one!! YAY

the weather is shit, raining, muggy, sweaty and just blah.

Makes for a crappy, unmotivated day.

and my kids are driving me bonkers :8(

Now He's ONE

We celebrated Zayne's first birthday and his Naming Day last saturday..

The weather held off for it and it was a lovely afternoon in the park with family and friends.

I was a bit worried it would rain through as it has been non stop for weeks on end... :-(

Just a few quick things this month as he really hasn't changed much in a month..

Zayne is:

• Now 13.82kg
• 81cm long
• Walking/running very well and non stop
• Always on the go..
• Now standing up his own in the middle of the room. Started doing that a month ago after his 11 month post.
• So funny, always has us cacking ourselves over the funny things he does.
• Very loving. Loves to give cuddles, and does the pat on the back thing while he is doing it lol. I don't get them very often but everyone else does... :(
• Totally obsessed with remotes, computer "mouses" and phones....
• Loves anything with a cord attatched and will walk around with it for hours on end.. eg, his toy phone, Tani's lovely pink toy phone, mega-sketcher, old telstra phone. He cracks it when they get caught on something though.
• Sporting a very bashed up looking forehead this week.. Had a couple of incidents that left him with some bruises and grazes... :(
• Has really learn't what "NO" and "TA" mean. Doesn't always care lol, but he knows...
• Still needs alot of attention, he has most definately been my most demanding baby.
• 2 - 3 bottles per day, and 3 meals. Loves his weet-bix, yoghurt and veggies.
• Loves his bath time each night, still a massive fight getting him dressed.
• Still only 4 teeth... Thaught he would have some more by now as he goes through "teething" alot. They just take forever to appear!

He is just so lovely, and I love him to bits..

I have worked the last 2 days.

Only a week to go and my gorgeous little bubba is one!

11 Months

Wow... Only 3 more weeks and my little dude is going to be 1!

At 11 Months Zayne:

• Is 13.64 kg
• Is 78.5 cm
• Is very active, he walks everywhere.
• Loves outside, is so happy to be out the back playing with the kids... Or just sitting eating grass.
• Dances when songs come on the tv or radio. (has been doing this for a few months.)
• Loves loud music. (since he was born, not sure if I have written that before.)
• Is FINALLY growing a little bit of hair.
• Can now bend over while standing up and pick something up off the floor and then stand back up again.
• Can't yet stand up from the middle of the floor without pulling himself up on something.
• Eats 2 weetbix for breakfast.
• Sneezes weetbix all over me during breakfast at least once EVERY MORNING!
• Is sleeping soooooo much better. Usually wakes for one bottle during the night and then goes back to sleep... Massive improvement there! :0)
• Has 2 bottles during the day, 1 during the night.
• Has 4 little toothies. His top 2 came through just after I put up his 10 month pics.
• Is very independant with his walking, likes to take off away from me in shops :0(
• Likes to whinge while i'm making dinner everynight. When I say whinge I mean hang off my legs screaming......... Very frustrating!
• Looks sooooooo very much like his Uncle Craig did at the same age.
• Doesn't really have any new words other than 'yeah, yeah, yeah', and 'no, no, no'

He is now awake from his nap so I better go, can't think of anything else off the top of my head.

Father's Day Pics

Just a few pics from Fathers Day.

Us 5 and Craig went to Batlow and had a bbq lunch with Dad and Auni,

the weather was beautiful and lunch was delicious!!

The kids had fun running around with Maggie the dog

We went for a drive up bush when we got home

then got yummy wing cheng when we got home.

Happy Birthday Pretty Girl...

Tani's 6th Birthday was on thursday, these pics are from then..

She had a little party today with five of her little school friends,

the weather wasn't the best for it, but they all had fun.. :-)

She got a little Barbie toy cash register, and absolutely loves it, a Pandora Bracelet with 2 charms, lots of clothes, a stuffed littelest pet shop toy, a book, a pair of shoes and a bag and some window stickers all from us.. The cute dress she is wearing here is from Craig and Tegan, It is so cute! She also got a few pandora charms from other people.. Nanny, Mark, Sheri and Tiff. Farm Poppy and Auni. Grandad. and Karen, Matt, Chris and James. as well as numerous other things today.. Including a bloody chalk board..... Thanks Karen!! lol

10 Months

Zayne turned 10 months on monday,

these pics were all taken that day..

He was absolutely miserable,

Not sure if it was his top teeth moving up and down or if he was sick.

But he had so much snot it was ridiculous..

So no smiley pics this time, lol, you just get him as he was...

So at 10 Months Zayne is:

• 12.6 kg.. He is such a chunky bubba!!
• 76.5cm long.. Quite short compared to his weight..
• Walking... He toddles all over the place now, would much rather walk than crawl although crawling gets him there much quicker. Sometimes he can walk the length of the house othertimes he gets only a few steps and falls on his bum.. All part of the learning process though and I'm sure he will be running in no time lol. (First steps July 24th.. 9 1/2 Months)
• Playing with the kids a lot more. He absolutely adores Jed, and often follows him around like a little puppy dog :0)
• Eating soooo much more of our foods. Haven't actually seen him reject anything in his 9th month that I can recall. He has eaten things he wouldn't even let get near his mouth a few months ago... Including Spaghetti Bog, Lasagna, Enchilada's, Tuna Casserole, Plenty of Meats and Veg. He loves his Veggies, especially greens like Broccoli, Zucchini etc. He will now even eat mashed potato.. So massive improvement there!!
• He has taken to pulling things out of drawers. Especially Jed's clothes and our DVD's.
• Waving. When he feels like it, doesn't yet put it to a Hello or Goodbye.
• Pointing. He often points and yells 'DO DO DO DO' lol, you really feel told off when he does it to you. I often get it in the afternoon when Mark gets home, lol like he is telling on me.. Not sure what it is I do wrong lol....
• Clapping. Once again when he feels like it. He does often clap when he is standing up though, thinks he's pretty clever.
• Can now hold his own bottle, on occasion, he has been very lazy in doing that!! He would rather swing it around and play with it though.
• Loves his bath time, think it is his favourite time of the day. Still puts up the biggest fight when getting dressed after the bath though.. It's funny he only does it after his bath.... In the mornings he is fine..?
• Wearing size 0's and 1's.. Depending on the actual clothes, both are fitting him quite well. And size 5 shoes.. OMG he is such a spoilt little bugger with his clothes and shoes. He has soooo many..... :-) he he
• Had the most horrible month for sleeping. Waking everynight between around 10.45pm and 12.30pm, and then would not sleep unless he was in our bed. Then he would kick the crap out of me all night, and wake everytime he moved or I moved... Very very frustrating. I had the biggest black bags under my eyes I had ever seen, I could have been packing for the trip of a lifetime LOL...
• He is getting a little better in the pram, he doesn't whinge quite so much, although I do still carry him most places.. lol all 12.6kg of him...
• He quite enjoys shopping so long as he is sitting in the trolley. He sits up there and gives everyone his cute little baby smiles. He hasn't started trying to climb out of the trolley or pram yet either.. I don't imagine it will be long before that starts.

Well what a ramble that was lol...

** On the sleep subject, since monday night he has actually been pretty good. He was sick that night, went to sleep early and back up at 10pm, after that didn't get back to sleep till almost midnight, then slept till 6am, then in bed with me. Everynight since he has been in bed at 8.30, and slept till around 2.30 am - ish. He has a bottle in his cot and back to sleep in his cot til around 7.30 am. I am still usually up for 1.5 - 2 hours, but its heaps better than all night!! I even put him in bed awake last night and he put himself to sleep, then again for nap time today.. With NO crying!! So thats only been 4 nights now, we will see how it goes...

He Walks....

Only 4 - 6 steps at a time,

but he was going back and forwards between Me and Mark tonight.

At 10.45pm... The kid that never sleeps!!

I haven't even got any pics of him standing on his own yet and he's already taking steps..

9 Months

Another month has passed...

At 9 months:

• 12.12 kg
• 74.5 cm
• Crawling everywhere flat out.
• Cruising furniture flat out.
• Transfers between things while cruising.
• Walks holding 1 hand.
• Stands alone for up to 30 seconds - 1 minute.
• Gets into all my cupboards.. Pulling crap out all day!!
• Eats weet-bix for breaky most days. (big achievement there!)
• Has 3 bottles per day, 1 during the night.
• Eats way more of our food, although still puts up quite a fuss about it.
• Has just started clapping occasionally.
• Waves. If he feels like it lol..
• Says Mum, Dad, Nan, Bub, Hello, Go, Gone, Num (yum), Book.... All are repeated over and over. eg, book book book book... He sounds like a chook!
• Loves to laugh, especially at Jed. He absolutely adores him!
• Is starting to respond to NO.
• Gives the biggest loveliest kisses.
• Loves his daddy to death, gives him the biggest cuddles when he gets home.
• Still likes to go to sleep to loud music.
• Still sleeping with me for most of the night... :-(
• Has the funniest cheesiest grin ever.

Some Scrapping

LOL don't fall over with shock,

but I have been scrapping.

I don't really love any of them but it has been

soooo long since I done anything and I

really just wanted to get back into it.

This was the first one I done for ages...

had been trying but just couldn't do it!!

8 Months

8 Months already..

I'm not sure where the last month went!!

Not going to ramble on this time lol..

Just going to get to the point while he is sleeping.

At 8 Months:

• He weighs 11.42 kg.
• He is 73.5 cm long.
• Head is still 46 cm.
• He is a terrible sleeper at night. Doesn't like to sleep unless being held, and even then wakes up numerous times during the night!
• He is fairly good with his daytime sleeps now though.
• He is the fussiest eater ever.. Wont try anything new at all, it drives me crazy! Loves his custards, cereals and pumkin and sweetcorn. Also likes toast and sandwiches.
• Says Dad, Dadda, Bub, Bubba, Go, Gone, All Gone, Hello Dad, Mum.
• Loves his bath time, Hates getting dressed afterwards..
• Loves to be naked... Too bad its a bit cold this time of year though!
• Has cut his 2 bottom teeth.
• Has just gone onto formula. He seems to have weaned himself, just stuffs around if I try to feed him.
• Is pulling himself up on everything and cruising around.
• Has started exploring the house.
• Gives big kisses and cuddles.
• Slaps alot. Rather hurts a bit too :-(

Thats about all I can think of..

but am waiting for clothes to dry,
and can't get into the cupboard to get the suitcases coz I will wake Zayne up..
Am also sorting baby girls clothes to give to a couple of different people.
Thats making me a little sad.

Can't find my spare battery for my camera or my battery charger
and my battery is flat.
I'm hoping they are still in Mark's car
or IM NOT GOING!!!

Too Many Lollies!!

7 Months

You know, I really thaught that by the time he was 7 months old he would have settled a bit..

But he is still cranky most of the time, unless he has my full attention on him.

Drives me crazy especially when i'm making dinner... Seems Mark always has something else he needs to do, So I get screamed at the whole time..

He is getting up 3 times a night again..

Not even making it to midnight before he wakes up for the first time, and then usually spends the rest of the night in my bed otherwise as soon as I put him in the cot he wakes up screaming.

It's driving me absolutely crazy, and I have permanent dirty big black circles under my eyes!!

He is ALWAYS hungry, but is the pickiest eater out...

Wont eat mashed potato at all, picks at it a little if i put it on the high chair tray, other wise wont touch it.

Wont eat most veggies.

Has also started chucking one when he gets fed the pumpkin and sweet corn baby food jars.. Which was the only one he would eat.

If we try and give him something different he throws the biggest tantrums!!

He will eat bread though, and lots of it.... although most ends up on the floor.

LOL so as you may be able to tell i'm not having the best of weeks....

So anyway...

at 7 months:

• Weighs 10.82 kg
• Length is 71.5cm (i think...)
• Head 45cm (i think...)
• He is crawling properly, and everywhere.. Doesn't really commando at all anymore.
• Pulls himself up on everything.
• Falls off most things... I'm sure he will have a permanent imprint of the table leg on his forehead if he keeps it up, lol.
• Has stood not holding anything for about 5 seconds-ish a few times.
• He is into EVERYTHING!! Especially likes the DVD player, DVD drawers, and power points!!
• Walks along things.
• Walks along holding my hands.
• Has 2 sleeps most days, depending on if his routine gets interrupted, them he usually has none.... Which results in him bitching at me allllll day.
• Still wears size O
• Says 'dad', 'dadda', 'bub', 'go', 'gone', 'mum'. Its all really just babble, but you can really hear the words in there.

I'm sure there is more, but can really not think of it...

Might come back and add it if i can remember..

Mothers Day

So life has been busy, with working for Mother's Day, etc,
and I really haven't been on here much.

Have been slack, slack, slack..
Jed's 8th b'day is tomorrow,
so i'm busy with that cooking cakes etc.
Love my kids b'days but love them even more when they are over!!
Jed's room is on the way to being finished,
Mark is gradually geting the bed put up.
Still needs door frames and skirting boards in there, but the window is in,
and the walls and roof are painted,
and the new carpet has been layed.. (just in his room)
Can't wait till its done!!

Anyway off to do some stuff now that Zayne is FINALLY having his morning nap.

He Stands

Zayne started pulling himself up to stand on April 20th.

Age 6 Months 10 Days.

He pulled himself up on my legs while I was sitting on the floor with my legs straight out in front.

Easter

I know it's been a while since Easter, but I am only just getting around to doing these pics..

The first 2 are from the last day of school, the kids had their Easter Hat parade,

Where they walk down the main street.

I went down and watched,

I didn't get any decent pics though coz people kept standing in front of them, ah well!

Tani just had the bunny ears, a bowtie,

and a basket filled with fake eggs and some chickens.

Bit hard to tell in the pic coz it's a bit bright.

I made Jed's hat for him again,

He only wanted to go in the parade so he didn't have to do school work...

The little bunny you can see at the top goes in and out of the egg.

These ones are from Easter Day.

The Easter Bunny didn't bring as many eggs this year as he left it a little late to purchase them.

All the ones he usually brings were already gone.

Oops...

He brought Zayne 6 little eggs.
He tried one of them and didn't think too much of it..

He's Crawling

Zayne started crawling properly today...

He has been doing it bit by bit over the last week,

just moving one arm and one leg at a time.

But this afteernoon he just got up and went.

He still commando crawls too though,

lol it gets him where he wants to go faster!!

I am so not ready for him to be crawling.

My baby is growing up way too fast... :-(

It's a bit hard to catch him crawling in a pic though,

this was the best I could get..
6 Months 9 Days

6 MONTHS

6 Months has passed already..

These pics were taken at the park on good friday, when he actually turned 6 months..

At 6 months Zayne:

• Is sitting very well.

• Goes from sitting to crawl position.
• Commando crawls. (Monday 6th April.. 5months 3weeks)
• Smiles and laughs alot, especially at Jed and Tani.
• Still loves baths, will settle him everytime.
• HATES getting dressed.
• Sits himself up on the change table, but can't on the ground..
• Loves his toys.
• Can occupy himself for a lot longer.
• Is eating 3 meals a day.
• Has started throwing tantrums!
• Pulls my hair alot. :-(
• Will now nap in the cot during the day.
• Is waking 2-3 times most nights.... :-(
• Sleeps in my bed for most of the night, otherwise doesn't sleep.
• Sucks on everything. He especially loves phones, remotes and the powder bottle. lol
• Sits up in the shopping trolley with both arms slung around the loops at the back. Looks very relaxed lol.
• Weighs 10.42kg.
• Is 71cm long.
• Done much better with his needles this time around, but I am very glad it's 6 months till the next ones!!
• Makes THE most annoying scratchy noise with his fingernails on my pillow while i'm asleep.
• Is still in 0 clothing.
• Has just had his first minor cold at around 5 1/2 months. Lasted for around 4 days I think.
• Still doesn't have any hair, poor bubba.
  

Show Day

Still not on the best of terms.

Dunno whats going on with it, but it's not being at all friendly!

So anyway... We went to the show in Batlow,

The kids got their faces painted, got balloon animals made.

Jed got a sword, the kid after him got a rifle, he wished he got one of them lol..

Tani got a teddy bear.

They both chose thier own face paint designs and I didn't see them until they were finished.

Very lovely aren't they, lol.

They went on a jumping castle,

Jed got into trouble for climbing up the slide side.

They went on the dodgem cars.

Tani went on the clown sideshow.

Jed had a go of Laser Skirmish and loved it!!

He is actually pretty good at it!

I have a LO in this months SM.

Since Zayne was born I have not scrapped much, actually maybe since i was pregnant.. I have done bugger all. But this was one of them. Got a full page too which is pretty cool!

Anyway thats it for now, will be back later with Zayne's 6 month update and some easter pics.. Well I will if PS co-operates anyway...

5 Months

He was 5 months on tuesday...

He is getting so big,

lol well he has always been big,

he is just getting bigger!!

At 5 Months Zayne

• Weighs 10.12 kg (only put on 120gms this fortnight)
• Is 70cm long (1.5cm in a fortnight!)
• Is having up to 3 meals a day. Loves the jars with pumpkin, the custards and the oatmeal and cereal ones.
• Sits up on his own for ages.
• Sits up in the bath, and LOVES it!!
• Plays with all his toys, and he has LOTS.. Very spoilt bubba..
• Has started a new noise, this one is gurgling, very cute until he does it for an hour straight at 1am...
• Still loves attention. Can't leave him alone for 5 seconds or he starts bitching.
• Has started waking through the night again. :-( and staying awake...
• Has just started having a dummy, coz he was driving me nuts!
• Loves kisses.
• Loves knees, lol he will suck on anyones knees!!
• Rolls around all over the place. Not looking like crawling for ages, and I hope he doesn't! My house is nowhere near baby proof.
• Will now sleep in the cot during the day.
• Loves the car.
• Likes to sleep in my bed. Doesn't like to share with me though, lol.
• Has less hair than he did when he was born!

I have Tani at home today, she said she was sick and I wasn't sure whether I believed her or not... She loves school so wasn't trying to get out of it, I just thaught she didn't want to eat her breaky.. But I have just realised that she has put herself to bed and has gone to sleep. LOL might be coz I wouldn't let her do anything though, coz sick people can't play outside, or play with the eyetoy on playstation. Mean I know, but I don't want her to think having a day off is fun!! So I have 2 snoozing kids in the house, and it is VERY peaceful. I expect Zayne to wake shortly though..

I am picking Jed up at 12.30 today, we are going over to wagga to get some more paint and things. I love shopping. Wish I had that money from K Rudd though, it sure would come in handy..

We went to the caves last sunday,

So Zayne has been soooooo grumpy lately,

20 Weeks!!!

Went to the clinic this morning, at 20 weeks he is

spot on 10kg! eek!!

I brought the clothes he is wearing yesterday at target,

they were on clearance, got the overalls, shirt and hat for about $10.80!!

(they are a set)

They were so cute, I had to get them even though the last thing he needs is more

clothes... Spoilt little bugger!!

4 Months

This spunky Little Dude is 4 months already..

Well last friday he was.

He is soooo cute and loveable, lol most of the time :-).

At 4 Months he:

• Is just starting to eat solids on a semi-regular basis, he has some for one meal sometimes everyday, usually every second day.
• Has finally started to drink a bit of water, although he still really only plays with it, he isn't real sure what he is supposed to do with a bottle. Oh and he only drinks it if it has ice in it.
• Is sleeping much better. Although everytime I say that he starts waking throughout the night heaps again, as he did last night :-(
• Is rolling over both ways.
• Gets around by pushing himself along the ground. He covers lots of distance like this, and often headbutts the tv cabinet.
• Is starting to teathe. Poor bubba.
• Reaches out for things.
• Holds things.
• Chews on EVERYTHING.
• Dribbles and spews a fair bit.
• Loves cuddles.
• Gives the cutest big wet sloppy kisses.
• Loves his big brother and sister.
• Chats alot!! Lots of noise all the time.
• Is wearing 3 different sized clothes, some 00's, some 0's some 1's.
• He was 9.78kg last wednesday. Started packing it on again :-(
• He was 68.5cm long 3 weeks ago. She didn't measure him last week.

Thats about it, that I can think of at the moment.

This morning I remembered I had done 2 other digital pages that I didn't upload in the last post, I had forgotten about them... They were stuck in files they shouldn't have been and it took me ages to find them, but here they are....

We are off to Batlow today to see Nan and Pop and then out to Dad's for a swim in the creek... It is HOT HOT HOT here!! I have my fingers crossed that there are no more fires in the next couple of days...

Can't wait for next week when the temp is supposed to come back down again..

Damn it's HOT!!!

I am so over this heat!! It is driving me insane.... Not sure how hot it is today, but I am drenched in sweat, and i'm inside with the air-con going.. I feel so bad for the kids at school, they come home every afternoon with their hair plastered to their heads and sweat running down their faces. They have to sit inside those hot classrooms all day, with no airconditioners. I don't think they even have fans!! My air-con in my car isn't working either, which is wonderful *roll eyes*....

Anyway, enough whingeing... Zayne is 17 weeks today, Got him weighed last friday at 16 weeks and he was 9.23kg. He had only put on 130 grams in 3 weeks, which I was happy about. And he was 68.5cm. We will go in again wednesday for his 4 month weight, since we have to make appointments for the clinic now and i'm working on friday.. Well he will be 4 months on tuesday anyway so it doesn't matter... Got only crappy pics of him today, he wouldn't keep toys and hands out of his mouth!!
This one was during the week, his first time in the walker.. He doesn't like it much, except to chew on the bar and toys. Love that big smile though...

I delete my pics from my computer quite often so my photo was only recent, It was a pic of Zayne in the bath about 1 month ago.....

HOWEVER when I went to upload to blogger the files come up in a different order than they did in the file, and I ended up with this pic which was from our holiday to QLD in 2007... Not sure why I still have these pics on there though.

It's pretty funny, but terrible quality because it has been cropped so much. The pic is of Muli on the day he came to dreamworld with us...

I am not going to pass these on to anyone because i'm pretty sure they have been all the way around LOL.... If you want them though go ahead!!!

Am I Happy or am I Sad?

It's my baby girls first day of Kindy today.

She was so excited and couldn't wait to go, she has been counting down the days

for about 6 months..

It's sad to see her go, but I know she is ready.

She knows so much more than Jaiden did when he went,

and she listens and follows instuctions well.

I'm so sure that she is going to do well, and love going to school.

Except for the fact that she has to leave her shoes and socks on all day, LOL she wasn't impressed with that, and asked if she even had to leave them on at lunch-time.

There is only a bit over an hour until she has to be picked up now..

I hope she is enjoying her day.

Jed's first day was yesterday,

and as per usual he came home in a mood.

He really hates school.

14 WEEKS

He is sitting himself up here,

We went to the pool on wednesday arvo,

it got to 41*c here and was HOT HOT HOT.

Took the kids down and Zayne loved it,

he sat there in the water for almost an hour,

just floating around, taking it all in.

He really likes water!!

First time in the pool, had to get some pics...

I took my little old camera,

coz I didn't want to look like a dill with my big one there :0)

Pics are OK but would have been better with my good camera...

He only lasted in the floaty thigy for bout 10 mins then sat with me on the step..

OMG so annoying!!

13 weeks and some random pics

13 weeks/ 3 months already!!

I'm sure I say it every time but I really can't believe how fast it's going!

at 3 months Z:

• is smiling and Laughing alot, especially when I call him "Beautiful" and "Gorgeous"

• is 9.1 kg

• is 65.5cm long

• is still VERY hard to get to sleep at night, usually goes down around 10.30pm

• Occasionally sleeps through the night, waking between 6 - 7 am
• Always sleeps in my bed after his morning feed (I know, BAD habit to get into)
• Jumps in the Jolly Jumper every night while we eat dinner
• Needs to be the centre of SOMEONES attention 100% of the time or he is whingeing
• is hardly sleeping during the day at all, he is lucky to sleep 1/2 hour all day
• Has just started to give big wet sloppy kisses
• is Very, very, very cute
• Has 2 nicknames... Mr Beautiful and Captain Grumbles, depending on his mood

It's the busy season and I have been busy with my camera!!

We went to the Upper Murray Holiday Resort for lunch, was nice, different, but not nearly as good as a traditional home christmas IYKWIM.. Saw a lot of family there that we don't see often

We did absolutely NOTHING New Years Eve..

Spent the whole night trying to get Zayne to sleep.

He didn't go down till 12.30am.

Little bugger..... Looks like tonight might be the same too... Aaaargh!

We went bush on New Years Day, up to Buddong Falls and The Hut,

We trecked to the falls and I swear it nearly killed me...

Well the walk back anyway, there was mostly down hill

Time Flies!!

I can't believe it's been almost 2 weeks since I updated... It feels like only days. Haven't been real busy round here but the days just seem to fly by...

Its an exciting day today!!! Craig and Tegan are on their way home.... To live!!!! I so can't wait to see them, and have them back here, I have missed them sooooo much....

Zayne was 10 weeks yesterday!! Already!! Makes me so sad that my last baby is growing up so quickly... When he got weighed at the clinic yesterday he was 8.38kg, he is sooo heavy I can only carry him for a few mintues before my arm starts going numb :( He went in the Jolly Jumper for the first time yesterday and loved it, He tries to bounce and dance around, its so cute!! LOL and he talks to the door frame, its hilarious... Of course Jed and Tani have to bug the crap out of him while he's in there too, when he's whingeing they want nothing to do with him, but they can't leave him alone when he's happy *roll eyes*, It drives me up the wall!

Zayne.. 10 weeks, all charm with the little spew dribble and his shorts stuck in the Jumper.. I fixed them after this, it was a bit un-attractive lol.... But gorgeous, love his chubbiness!!No thumb sucking for this kid!! He gets the whole fist in there, it sounds terrible, lol big slurps all the time :-)

Sheri and Tiff came to stay for 2 nights during the week, It was awesome to see them, we don't get to often enough... Last time they saw Zayne he was only 5 days old, and now he is huge compared to then!! Got some nice pics of them too.... :D

Unfortunately we didnt do anything while they were here, I dont have room for everyone in my car now :-(

So I just remembered I was going to upload 2 of my masters projects... Going to see if I can do it now..

After lots of stuffing around here they are, the first is my keepsake my favourite out of all the projects, it was a last minute rush job too...

And my double.. really didnt like it too much..

I got HM's for my single and for my calendar... Really not surprised I didn't make the 10, loved so many of the things I have seen on blogs and in the mags... Some stuff I didn't love so much too, but ya get that...:-D.... LOL

Anyway thats it I think sorry for the long boring post... Going to get Zayne since the yapping F#@!*&G dog next door woke him up.

8 Weeks

Zayne was 8 weeks on friday.... He is now 7.78kg and 62.5cm long.
Poor little fella got his needles done, in both legs and he had such a bad day afterwards... It was really hot, and he was really uncomfortable and upset all day. He didnt sleep for more than 20 mins at a time..... This pic was taken 2 days late coz I just couldn't get a pic of him not screaming!!! LOL the only way i got this one was beause he was asleep, then I woke him up taking the pic and he cried some more.....
This pic was taken not long after the above pic.... Jed tries to help so much when he is crying, but he is just too heavy for him. You can see him straining to hold him up.


We put the tree up on saturday night, added a few more decorations on sunday and it pooped itself LOL.... The whole thing fell over and decorations went everywhere.. We snapped a leg of the poor thing, so mark liquid nail's it up and I fixed it back up today, minus a few decorations... I also wrapped some pressies and put them under it.... I swear I have never been so organised for xmas before.... Love my new blue and silver theme!! :-)

I have been trying to update more often, not going that great, but definately better than my once every 6 months I was doing before..... :-)

I have just ordered some xmas pressies online at snapfish.... It was the best deal ever, I got photo books for a few of the family and ended up saving $120 (almost half of what they were worth) .... They look really good, just hope they are as good in real life!! I can't wait to see them..

I got Zayne weighed again yesterday, at 7 weeks he is 7.5kg... He only put on 1/2kg in 2 weeks instead of 1kg in 2 weeks, hopefully he is starting to slow down a bit with his weight gain... Although his little rolls are so cute!!
Below is his 7 week photo... Cute little smiles with a big belly, lol his legs aren't as short as they look in the pic either!

How cute is this... He was having a bath in the laundry tub, just so he could float around a bit... He fills his bath sooo much most of him sits out of the water! He is too long for the tub, but can at least sink down a little..

As you might guess, I didnt get a good pic of the gap, but ah well, after all the great pics I got last time I can't complain.... I like this one anyway, even if it wasnt what I was after.... Cheeky boy!!

Some new pics...

Life has settled down a "little" here.. Zayne went 2 nights sleeping almost all the way through, I was hoping he would keep it up, but it doesnt look like that will be happening. He has decided he absolutely does NOT want to go to sleep at night, its strange because he struggles to stay awake during the day. I just hope he settles soon because I am supposed to be going back to work next week, just for a few hours here and there but I dont know how I will go if we are still having such messed up sleeping patterns...

I went shopping in wagga on the weekend, Just Mark, Zayne and I went, Jed and Tani had a sleep over at Farm Poppy's and Auni's which they loved, even though Jed got COLD weet-bix for breakfast LOL he was horrified about that.. He has 4 every morning but they have to be warm!!! I FINALLY got myself a new washing machine!! It has been such a long time coming, I just never wanted to spend the cash on one while the other was still working. I can now do so much more washing at a time which is good.. I also got a few more christmas presents. I think I almost done now, I just want to get Tani a cuttlekid :-)

I think thats about it, it has been a quite uneventful week!!

and lastly just a LO that I dont really like.... Its the 2nd time I have tried to scrap that pic, which I LOVE but just not liking what I come up with for it... ah well...

Twice in a week!

Twice in a week, can you believe it!!!
We went to the clinic on friday Zayne is now 6.93kg (15lb 5oz)... At 5 weeks!!!! He is over 1.5kg heavier than Jed and Tani were around the same age, but he was only just 230 grams heavier at birth. He is getting so big so fast, its sad coz he is my last baby :-(... The pic above is his 5 week pic which was taken on friday... Love those BIG smiles we are getting... (and the chubby chins that go with them)... :-)

We had a good day out today, we went to Goob with Muli and Lindy had a bbq lunch and they all had a swim in the creek, lol not me though, i'm not crazy!!! Got some good pics i think and Zayne was pretty good most of the time, he got a little fussy around lunchtime but thats pretty much normal now.. So yeah, we all had fun.

How funny is this pic ^^ If you look in the background you can see Tani has jumped just as I took the pic, both her feet are off the ground... I think it looks cool.

There were a heap of other pics too, but didnt want to be too boring..

In other news Craig and Tegan are moving back home... I am soooo excited and can't wait!!! I spent a little while on the phone with Craig tonight, I miss him heaps and am so glad they FINALLY decided to come back!

Time flies past so fast these days, its hard to find the time to blog...
Zayne is growing so big so fast, I havent had him weighed for 2 weeks, but back then he was 12lb 9oz, I am hoping to make it to the clinic on friday.. I was going today but nothing I planned for today got done due to the fact that I slept in :( oops..
He has still not settled in well at all, still feeding every 3 hours which is making life difficult, he has started sleeping a little better during the night, but has now decided that he wont nap during the day... LOL I just cant win..
We ended up having to put him in the cot already because he was almost touching either end of the bassinet, I think he was feeling a little trapped in there coz he filled it so much. I also tried him on a bottle of formula this afternoon because he was feeding constantly from 11.30am till around 3.30pm.. He has been doing it for weeks, and I got a bit over it! I'm hoping he will go a little longer between feeds with the formula, still unsure if I want to actually put him on a bottle full time or not though...

I had some sad news last week, our old neighbour Bart passed away on thursday night, we lived next door to him and Ginny for many years and they were just like family.. His funeral is tomorrow.
Not much else to talk about, as I have not been doing much.. How exciting am I LOL...

Just took this one before, have been trying to get him to have a sleep since around 11am, but everytime I put him in his cot he wakes up, so I put him in the pram instead and so far he's been asleep for around an hour, not sure what it is about the cot but he wont sleep in there during the day...

It's a BOY

We had our Baby Boy on October 10th at 8:01pm... His name is Zayne Robert, he was 9lb 5oz and 53.5cm long... He is now 10 days old and weighs 10lb 1/2oz... He loves to eat and thinks he should do so the whole time he is awake!!!! He is going maximum 3 hours between feeds during the day, usually the same at night. :-( Hopefully he settles sometime soon...

Anyway, he is hungry again so I will just quickly leave some pics....

I'm due today!!!

Yep... Bub is due today, but once again I dont think it will arrive on time. Both Jed and Tani went over so i'm not expecting it to be on time... Although I must say I am finally a bit over it. I havent had any troubles the whole way through but these last few weeks have been a bit much. I have big sinus troubles, i'm having sooo much trouble breathing, even after going on anti-biotics its still there, although it has cleared up a little its still difficult to breathe properly, which means I am not sleeping properly, which is driving me up the wall, I dont think I have ever been so tired!!!

LOL also I want it to come soon so I can go to floriade!!! I wont go while i'm still pregnant - just in case..... But it will be over soon.. I dont think I will get to go again.

I have finally finished work.. I done a wedding bouquet on friday and that will be the last I will work till sometime after bub comes.. It was really taking it out of me being on my feet all the time so even though i'm now broke and bored i'm glad im not working at the moment.. LOL

Last weekend I finally managed to scrap.. I finished off the snow LO that has been sitting at my desk for weeks, and I done the three others...





So when do you think bub will come and what will it be???? I still have no idea what it is and no names that we can agree on LOL.... It is going to be a nameless bub at the rate we are going... :-(
